Our 2024 season will consist of a minimum of 10 home matches at UVM's Virtue Field. The schedule will be released in mid-January, and we will work on selecting and contacting food vendors in February and March.

Our 2023 season saw an average of 2,200 fans per match, and for 2024 we plan on welcoming 2 food vendors at each of our 10 home matches. These two vendors will supplement a Sodexo run food and alcohol program.

Please plan on being on-site for a minimum of 5 hours. Soccer matches are 2 hours long, and our gates will open to the public 1.5 hours before kickoff. We expect food vendors to be on-site 1 hour before gates open. For example, for a 7pm kickoff, we expect you to be on site at 4:30pm, gates open at 5:30pm for fans, match runs 7-9pm, and food vendor cars will be able to exit the concourse at 930pm after all fans have exited the facility.

We are also interested in building larger partnerships with great food establishments that are open to providing discounts for players and staff between May - August each summer at any physical food establishments. We also cater meals for our team of ~50 players and staff throughout the season, so please let us know if you have interest in supporting either of these needs.

All food vendors interested in serving on campus at UVM's Virtue Field are required to carry the following policies. Please confirm that you can provide proof of insurance as stated below, and that you will carry each of the following insurance policies during the summer (May - August) *

Commercial General Liability Insurance: Including Bodily Injury and Property Damage, Independent Vendors Liability, Contractual Liability, Product Liability, Completed Operations and Liquor Liability, if liquor will be served, in an amount not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit, per occurrence, and $1,000,000 annual aggregate.

Workers Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance: For vendors with employees, standard workers compensation as required by Vermont State statute and employer’s liability insurance in an amount not less than $100,000 per accident, $500,000 annual aggregate.

Automobile Liability: For vendors who will operate vehicles for purposes of carrying out their work, Automobile Liability in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage, including owned, hired, and non-owned vehicle coverage.
